- Dental practice inquiries: practice name, contact name, email, phone, city, and services offered when you submit the "For Dentists" form.

- To respond to you and help you find dental care options near you.
- To contact you about dental care options by phone, text, or email, as you consented to when submitting a form.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the site.

How we share your information
To help connect you with care, we may share the details of your inquiry with dental providers or clinics in your area so they can follow up with you. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the site (for example, form and email tools), and when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. Sharing your inquiry with a provider is to help you get care — it is not a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of any provider.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, or request that we update or delete the information you submitted, by emailing hello@medimouth.com. You can opt out of marketing texts or emails by following the instructions in those messages.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
